178例中药注射剂不良反应分析

目的：调查中药注射剂不良反应的发生率及临床表现,了解中药注射剂不良反应的发生情况。方法：对178例中药注射剂引起的不良反应进行统计和分析。结果：178例中药注射剂不良反应涉及的中药品种有32种;新出现的不良反应有85例,占47.74%,其不良反应累及9个系统-器官;不良反应发生率老年人最高,为23.60%,小儿次之,为17.42%。结论：中药注射剂在临床应用广泛,应对其不良反应引起高度重视,提高合理用药水平。

ADRs Induced by Traditional Chinese Medicinal Injection: Analysis of 178 Cases

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the incidence rate and manifestation of the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） induced by traditional Chinese medicinal injections. METHODS： 112 cases of ADRs induced by traditional Chinese medicinal injections were analyzed statistically. RESULTS ： 32 kinds of traditional Chinese medicinal injections were involved in the total 178 ADR cases. 85 cases （47.74%） presented with new ADRs. 9 systems- organs were involved. ADRs were mostly seen in aged patients （23.60%）, followed by the pediatric patients （ 17.12 % ）. CONCLUSION： The use of Chinese medicinal injections is widespread in the clinic ; therefore, it is important to attach importance to the ADRs caused by which to promote rational drug use.
