Clusterin和Survivin在大肠癌中的表达及意义

目的研究调亡抑制蛋白Clusterin和Survivin在大肠癌组织和相应癌旁组织中的表达情况及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测100例大肠癌癌组织和相应的癌旁正常组织的Clusterin和Survivin的表达情况,并进行相关的分析。结果Clusterin在大肠癌组织中其阳性率为67.0%,癌旁正常组织为18.0%,两者差异十分显著(P<0.01);Survivin在大肠癌组织中其阳性率为58%,癌旁正常组织为3%,两者差异十分显著(P<0.01);Clusterin和Survivin在大肠癌中的表达具有一定的相关性(r=0.225,P<0.01)。结论Clusterin和Survivin在大肠癌组织中具有较高的表达率在大肠癌中的表达呈正相关性,表明可能是大肠癌的生存基因,这为大肠癌的基因治疗提供了新的途径。

The expression and significance of clusterin and survivin in colorectoal carcinoma patients

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of clusterin and survivin in colorectal carcinoma patietns and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of clusterin and survivin in tissues of 100 colorectal carcinoma patients and adjacent normal tissues of 100 colorectal carcinoma patients . Their relationship and significance were investigated. Results The positive rates of clusterin in colorectal cancer and adjacent normal tissues of colorectal carcinoma patients were 67.0% and 18.0% respectively; The positive rates for survivin were 58 % tissues of colorectoal carcinoma and 3% in the adjacent tissues, respectively; there was a positive relationship between the positive expression of Clusterin and Survivin in colorectal cancer .Conclusions The positive expression rates of clusterin and survivin in colorectal carcinoma patients were higher than adjacent normal tissues of colorectal carcinoma; Apoptosis of colorectal cancer was decreased by mutiple ways. The abnormal expression of clusterin and survivin showed that clusterin and survivin are survival gene of colorectal carcinoma patients.
