| 摘 要： | 本组5例SSSS患儿,给予抗生素治疗均迅速获得痊愈,其中2例因中毒症状严重,曾加用皮质激素。致病菌是凝固酶阳性的第Ⅱ嗜菌体组金黄色葡萄球菌,尤其是71型,它产生的表皮松解毒素——剥脱毒素导致发生烫伤样表皮剥脱。作者认为内用抗生素仍为SSSS的首选疗法,病情严重的可并用皮质激素,支持疗法对多数SSSS患儿是必需的。

| Abstract: | 5 children with staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome were treated with antibiotics, they were all quickly cured. 2 of the 5cases had serious toxieosymptom, both corticosteroid and antibiotics were administered to them. The pathogen was staphylococcus aureus, Ⅱ group, type 71 coagulase positive. It produced an exfolitive toxin that cause scalded exfoliation. It was suggested that antibiotics be mainly the choice drug for this disease. When the state of the disease is very serious, antibiotic, corticosteroid and supporting therapy should be used. |
