2004-2010年珠海市梅毒流行病学分析

目的了解珠海市2004-2010年梅毒的流行特点和发病趋势,为制订梅毒预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法通过国家疾病预防控制信息系统,收集并分析珠海市19个性病哨点医院2004-2010年上报的梅毒病例信息。结果 2004-2010年珠海市共上报梅毒病例3 591例,发病率从2004年的22.80/10万上升到2010年的61.85/10万,年均递增18.10%;梅毒发病以隐性梅毒为主,占总发病数45.28%,且构成比有逐年增长趋势;女性患者多于男性,男女之比为0.94∶1;年龄分布以20～44岁性活跃人群为主;高发地区为香洲区,高发职业为工人、家务待业者和商业服务者。结论近年珠海市梅毒疫情呈不断上升趋势,应根据珠海市流行特征开展更具针对性的防治工作,控制梅毒的流行。

Epidemiological analysis of syphilis in Zhuhai in 2004-2010

Objective To understand trends and epidemiological features of syphilis in Zhuhai in 2004-2010,and provide evidence for formulating control strategies.Method Syphilis case-reporting data were collected from 19 STDs monitoring hospitals in Zhuhai from 2004 to 2010 using China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention.Results A total of 3 591 syphilis cases were reported in Zhuhai from 2004 to 2010,and the incidence rate increased from 22.80/100 000 in 2004 to 61.85/100 000 in 2010,with an average annual increment of 18.10%.Among the cases,latent syphilis cases were dominant,accounting for 45.28%,and the constituent ratio increased year after year.More cases occurred in females than in males with the gender ratio of 0.94:1.The sexually active adults aged 20-44 years were most seriously affected.The high risk area was Xiangzhou District and the high risk groups were workers,the jobless and commercial service workers.Conclusion The incidence of syphilis increased continuously in Zhuhai in recent years.More specific prevention and control approachs should be adopted according to the epidemiological features of syphilis spread in Zhuhai.
