柚皮苷对实验性2型糖尿病心肌病大鼠模型糖脂代谢的影响

摘    要:目的全面评估柚皮苷(naringin)对实验性2型糖尿病心肌病大鼠模型糖脂代谢的影响。方法Wister大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、吡格列酮组及柚皮苷高、中、低剂量组。将除正常对照组外的各组大鼠给予高糖高脂喂养+小剂量链脲佐菌素腹腔注射建立实验性2型糖尿病心肌病大鼠模型,造模后分别给予生理盐水、吡格列酮、柚皮苷高、中、低剂量灌胃,连续6周,正常对照组不做处理。结果与模型对照组比较,吡格列酮组、柚皮苷高、中剂量组大鼠的空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、游离脂肪酸显著降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著升高(P<0.05);且体重和体质指数不同程度降低(P<0.05)。柚皮苷高剂量组改善糖代谢作用(降低FBG、FINS、GSP、HOMA-IR)与吡格列酮相当,改善脂代谢作用(降低TG、TC、LDL-C)优于吡格列酮组(P<0.05)。结论柚皮苷可通过调节糖脂代谢和减少肥胖,从而改善糖尿病心肌病大鼠心肌的功能。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of naringin on glucose and lipids metabolism in rats with diabetic cardiomyopathy.Methods Wister rats were randomized into normal control group,model control group,pioglitazon treatment group,and high,moderate and low dosage naringin treatment groups.Experimental rat model of type 2 diabetic cardiomyopathy was constructed by high sucrose-high fat diet and low dose streptozotocin peritoneal injection.After 4 weeks,saline,pioglitazon,and high,moderate and low dose naringin were given to corresponding rats for 6 consecutive weeks.Results Compared with model control group,the plasma levels of FBG,FINS,GSP,HOMA-IR,TG,TC,LDL-C and FFA were significantly elevated in the other 4 groups(P<0.05),while significant reduction of weight and BMI was also revealed(P<0.05).Equivalent improvement in glucose metabolism and even significantly higher efficacy in lipid metabolism were revealed in high dose naringin treatment group when comparing with those in pioglitazon treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Naringin can improve the cardiac muscle function of diabetic cardiomyopathy rats via regulation of glucolipid metabolism and reduction of obesity.
