| 摘 要： | 目的分析2007-2010年云南省艾滋病病毒(HIV)职业暴露情况,探讨减少医务人员和其他行业人员职业暴露的措施。方法对云南省2007—2010年发生和报告的由于职业因素引起的HIV暴露案例进行统计分析。结果 4年间共发生HIV职业暴露911例,其中医务人员680例,公安司法干警197例,暴露方式主要为刺伤/割伤、皮肤/黏膜接触、抓咬伤。757人进行了预防性服药,所有对象在6个月随访期内未发现HIV抗体阳转。结论应进一步加强职业暴露预防工作,开展心理疏导以减少不必要的恐慌,同时应注意丙型肝炎等血液传播疾病的预防。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore measures to reduce the risk of HIV occupational exposure.Methods The cases of HIV occupational exposure reported in Yunnan from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed.Results 911 cases were reported during four years,including 680 health care workers and 197 police officers.The main routes of exposure were needle sticking,slashing,skin/mucosa contacting and scratching.Among them,757 accepted post exposure prophylaxis.During 6 months of follow-up,no serum positive conversion of HIV antibody was detected.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the prevention of HIV occupational exposure,and relieve stress by psychological intervention.Meanwhile,the prevention of hepatitis C occupational exposure should be noticed. |
