| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合综合治疗方案对肺心病急性发作期的临床综合疗效、动脉血气分析及肺功能的影响。方法：将60例肺心病急性发作期患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用中西医结合综合方案治疗,对照组予西医常规治疗,均治疗14 d;比较两组临床综合疗效、动脉血气分析和肺功能的变化情况。结果：治疗组在综合疗效评定、降低PaCO2、升高PaO2方面均优于对照组。结论：肺心病急性发作期采用中西医结合综合治疗方案,能提高临床综合疗效,更加迅速地纠正低氧血症和高碳酸血症,改善肺功能。
