早孕人子宫蜕膜、绒毛膜糖复合物的组化分析

摘    要:以糖特异性单克隆抗体作为组化探针,观察早孕期人子宫蜕膜、绒毛膜表面糖复合物的变化。结果表明:6种糖特异单抗SH-1(抗鼠LeX单克隆抗体),AH-6(抗鼠LeY单克隆抗体),NUH-1(抗鼠6c单克隆抗体),NUH-2(抗鼠DSI单克隆抗体),J1(抗鼠T单克隆抗体),C6(抗鼠I单克隆抗体)在早孕期与子宫蜕膜及绒毛膜结合显示不同变化。其中AH-6、SH-1绒毛膜滋养细胞结合随妊娠天数增加着色逐渐减弱,相反NUH-2的着色逐渐加强。AH-6,SH-1,C6与子宫蜕膜在早孕着色程度无改变。J1与蜕膜在各期未见结合。NUH-1与蜕膜结合随妊娠天数增加而着色逐渐加强。早孕期人子宫蜕膜、绒毛膜糖复合物的变化为进一步研究其功能提供新方法。

Abstract:Objective: To study the changes of glycoconjugates in human decidua and chorion during early pregnancy. Method: Immunohistochemical method using six kind of monoclonal antibodies. including AH 6, SH 1,NUH 1,NUH 2,J 1,C 6 Resultes: The binding of AH 6,SH 1 with chorionic trophoblast became weaker along with the increase of gestation days. On the contrary, reactivity of NUH 2 became stronger. AH 6, SH 1,C 6 were strongly expressed on decidua, but did not change at any stage. The J 1 was not showed during whole stage. The binding of NUH 1 with decidua became stronger along with the increase of gestation days. Conclusion: This study suggested the changes of glycoconjugates in human decidua and chorion during early pregnancy, in addition to offer a new method to study its function.
