严重急性呼吸综合征患者外周血T淋巴细胞核仁形成区嗜银蛋白表达活性的变化

目的：研究严重急性呼吸综合征（SARS）患者外周血T淋巴细胞核仁形成区嗜银蛋白（Ag-NORs）表达活性的变化.方法：根据卫生部〈传染性非典型肺炎（SARS）诊疗方案〉标准,将符合条件的SARS患者100例（其中重型24例、普通型76例）,应用KL型肿瘤免疫图像分析仪检测外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs;取31例健康体检者做为对照组,采用相同方法检测.结果：与对照组相比,SARS患者外周血T淋巴细胞百分数及其Ag-NORs表达活性均显著降低（P＜0.05）,但降低的程度与疾病严重程度无关;不同性别、年龄组SARS患者的外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs表达活性无显著差异.结论：SARS患者体内细胞免疫功能明显减低.Ag-NORs的检测可以客观地反映机体T淋巴细胞的功能,对SARS患者病情观察及预后判断有重要意义.

Change of T lymphocyte argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region protein in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome

Objective:To study change of T lymphocyte argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region protein(Ag-NORs) in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS).Methods:One hundred SARS patients including 24 severe patients and 76 general patients were diagnosed according to from Ministry of Health.Ag-NORs of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of the SARS patients above were measured with KL imaging system.And 31 normal samples from health check-up were also measured as control with the same method.Results:The Ag-NORs of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of SARS patients were significantly lower than that of normal people(P<0.05).There was no correlation between the Ag-NORs and seriousness of SARS.In addition,there were no significant difference between SARS patients with different age and gender.Conclusion:The process of decrease and prognosis of patients with SARS is closely related to immune function,especially the T-lymphocyte-centered cellular immunity.The immune function had some improvements after therapy.At present,the measurement of Ag-NORs seem to be one of the best methods for determination of cellular immune function activity.
