肺表面活性物质治疗早产儿肺透明膜病的护理

目的探讨肺表面活性物质（PS）在治疗早产儿肺透明膜病（HMD）的临床护理疗效。方法将肺表面活性物质固尔苏药液200 mg/kg通过气管插管及导管分4次注入气管内,并通过正压通气使之均匀分布于两肺气道。结果观察患儿用药前后呼吸机参数的变化。10例患儿中,8例痊愈出院,1例好转出院,1例在HMD痊愈后发生败血症、硬肿症（新生儿寒冷损伤综合征）、感染性休克而死亡。结论应用PS治疗HMD后,对症的护理可明显改善其转归。

Nursing effects of treatment of hyaline membrane disease of newborns with pulmonary surfactant

Objective To explore the nursing effects of pulmonary surfactant（PS）on hyaline membrane disease of newborn（HMD）.MethodsPulmonary surfactant with a dosage of 200 mg/kg were given to patients four times through tracheal intubation and were distributed evevly in two lungs through mechanical ventilation.Results8 cases recovered.1 case discharged after improvement and 1 case die of septicemia neonatal cold injure syndrome and septic shock.ConclusionThe pulmonary surfactant has good effects on NRDS and intensive nursing could improve the prognosis.
