摘    要:目的:研究不同基因型别的阴道白假丝酵母菌黏附性的差异。方法:为阴道白假丝酵母菌进行25S rDNA基因分型,随机选取A、B、C型菌株各20株测定黏附率。结果:pH环境相同时(pH7.0或pH4.0),孢子相菌株A型黏附率显著高于B型(P<0.05)和C型(P<0.001),B型显著高于C型(P<0.01),而菌丝相菌株各基因型别黏附率无统计学差异;孢子相菌株不含内含子组(A型)黏附率显著高于含内含子组(B型和C型)(P<0.001),而菌丝相菌株两组间黏附率无统计学差异。结论:阴道白假丝酵母菌25S rDNA可转座Ⅰ型内含子与其黏附性密切相关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the in vitro adherence to VEC(vaginal epithelial cell)of different genotypes of candida albicans from patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods:Isolates of Candida albicans were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)of the 25S rDNA.Sixty isolates(20 strains for each genotype,respectively)were randomly selected to detect their adherence activity.Results:In the same environmental pH(pH 7.0 or pH 4.0),the yeast-phase organisms with genotype A had stronger adherence than both genotype B(P<0.05)and genotype C(P<0.001);genotype B had stronger adherence than genotype C(P<0.01).The adherence activity of the yeast-phase isloates with the intronless group(genotype A)was higher than the intron-containing group(genotype B&C,P<0.001).Conclusion:The presence or absence of the transposable group I intron in the 25S rDNA gene may be important in determining the adherence activity of Candida albicans.
