健康教育在结核及乙肝传染病预防控制中的应用效果观察

目的研究健康教育在结核及乙肝传染病预防控制中的应用效果。方法250例结核及乙肝传染病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组125例。对照组实施常规教育,观察组实施健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后焦虑以及抑郁评分、满意度、干预后疾病知识知晓情况。结果干预后,观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(6.52±1.55)、(6.21±1.20)分均低于对照组的(10.88±1.64)、(10.25±1.52)分,满意度95.20%高于对照组的72.00%,疾病知识总知晓率98.40%高于对照组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在结核及乙肝传染病预防控制中应用健康教育,能够显著提高患者对疾病的知晓情况,提高患者满意度,值得研究和推广。

Observation on effect of health education on prevention and control of tuberculosis and hepatitis B infectious diseases

Objective To study the effect of health education on prevention and control of tuberculosis and hepatitis B infectious diseases.Methods A total of 250 patients with tuberculosis and hepatitis B infectious diseases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 125 cases in each group.The control group received conventional education,and the observation group received health education.The anxiety and depression scores before and after intervention,patient satisfaction and awareness of the disease were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores were(6.52±1.55)and(6.21±1.20)points respectively in the observation group,which were all lower than(10.88±1.64)and(10.25±1.52)points in the control group,the total satisfaction degree 95.20%was higher than 72.00%in the control group,and the total awareness rate of the disease 98.40%was higher than 72.00%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of health education in the prevention and control of tuberculosis and hepatitis B infectious diseases can significantly improve patients’awareness of the disease and improve degree of patients’satisfaction,which is worthy of research and promotion.
