半导体激光联合盐酸米诺环素治疗难治性根尖周炎的临床效果观察

摘    要:目的 探讨半导体激光联合盐酸米诺环素治疗难治性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法 2013年1月至2017年12月就诊的240例难治性根尖周炎患者按照随机数表随机分为3组,每组各80例。激光联合米诺环素组采用半导体激光联合盐酸米诺环素进行消毒封药,米诺环素组采用盐酸米诺环素进行消毒封药,对照组则采用碘仿糊剂进行消毒封药。经1年随访,观察比较三组的治疗效果。结果 治疗1月及1年后,激光联合米诺环素组的有效率高于米诺环素组和碘仿组,差异具有统计学意义。结论 半导体激光辅助比米诺环素治疗难治性根尖周炎疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the curative effect of diode laser irradiation and periocline in the treatment of combined refractory apical periodontitis.Methods 240 cases of patients with refractory periapical periodontitisfrom Jan 2013 to Dec 2017 were selected and divided into three groups according to random number table,with 80 cases in each group.one group were given diode laser combined with periocline paste for treating,one group were given only periocline paste for treating,and in the control group were treated with iodoformum paste.The treatment effect of the three groups was observed and compared in 1-year follow-up.Results After 1-month follow-up and 1-year follow-up,the total effective rate of the diode laser combined with periocline group was significantly higher than Periocline group and iodoformum group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Diode laser irradiation and periocline was effective in the treatment of combined refractory apical periodontitis and worthy of clinical application.
