护理风险综合评估信息系统在普外科中的应用效果评价

目的:评价护理风险综合评估信息系统在普外科的应用效果。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年7月在攀枝花市中西医结合医院普外科住院手术患者300例,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组150例。对照组采用普外科住院手术常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上建立护理风险综合评估信息系统,使护理人员利用此系统的入院评估、住院评估评价、护理风险动态评估记录与护理安全风险评估告知等功能开展护理。对比分析两组护理效果。结果:研究组不良事件发生率、护理投诉率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度为98.67%,明显高于对照组患者满意度88.67%(P<0.05)。结论:护理风险综合评估信息系统在普外科的应用有效降低了不良事件的发生率,提高了护理工作质量,提升了患者满意度。

The Evaluation on the Application Effect of the Comprehensive Assessment Information System of Nursing Risks in General Surgery Department

Objective: To evaluate the application effect of comprehensive nursing risk assessment information system in general surgery. Methods: 300 inpatients undergoing general surgery in our hospital from March 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 150 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care in general surgery, while the research group established a comprehensive nursing risk assessment information system on the basis of the control group, which enabled nurses to use such functions as admission assessment, hospitalization assessment, dynamic nursing risk assessment record and nursing safety risk assessment notification to carry out nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The incidence of adverse events and the rate of nursing complaints in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 88.67%(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of comprehensive nursing risk assessment information system in general surgery effectively reduces the incidence of adverse nursing events, improves the quality of nursing work, and improves patient satisfaction.
