彩色多普勒超声联合乳腺钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌患者的临床应用及其诊断效能分析

目的:分析彩色多普勒超声联合乳腺钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌患者的临床应用及其诊断效能分析。方法:本次研究选取2017年3月至2018年4月我院就诊的患者71例,其中乳腺癌39例,良性乳腺病变32例。分析彩色多普勒超声诊断仪的超声声像图特征,同时联合乳腺钼靶X线检查,以此为依据进行诊断。结果:彩色多普勒超声、乳腺钼靶X线检查病理诊断符和率均低于联合检查,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳头肿块利用彩色多普勒超声以及乳腺钼靶X线检查可提高乳腺癌等疾病的检出率,同时还可降低单一诊断的漏诊率,值得临床推广与广泛应用。

Clinical Application and Diagnostic Efficacy Analysis of Color Doppler Ultrasound Combined with Mammography in the Diagnosis of Patients of Breast Cancer

Objective: To investigate the clinical application of color Doppler ultrasound combined with mammography X-ray in the diagnosis of breast cancer and analysis of its diagnostic efficiency. Methods: This study selected 71 patients in our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018, including 39 cases of breast cancer and 32 cases of benign breast lesions. To analyze the ultrasonic image features of the color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, and to combine with the X-ray examination of the mammary tear target for diagnosis. Results: The diagnostic criteria and rate of color Doppler ultrasound and X-ray examination of mammary tear target were lower than those of combined examination, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound and X-ray examination of mammary tear target can improve the detection rate of breast cancer and other diseases, and also reduce the missed diagnosis rate of single diagnosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion and wide application.
