中药雾化吸入联合中医护理对肺结核患者依从性及不良反应影响

目的探讨中药汤剂雾化吸入、中医护理联合个体化护理干预对肺结核患者治疗依从性及药物不良反应的影响。方法将2017年6月—2018年12月收治的84例肺结核患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予中药汤剂雾化吸入、中医护理联合个体化护理干预。评估患者治疗依从性、药物不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗依从率较高(P<0.01),药物不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论中药汤剂雾化吸入、中医护理联合个体化护理干预能够提高肺结核患者治疗依从性,降低药物不良反应发生。

Effect of Chinese Medicine Atomization Inhalation Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursin on Compliance and Adverse Drug Reactions of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine atomization inhalation combined with traditional chinese medicine nursin on compliance and adverse drug reactions of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods 84 patients with tuberculosis from June 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 42 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received Chinese medicine atomization inhalation and TCM nursing combined with individualized nursing intervention.Compliance and occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment compliance rate of the study group was higher(P<0.01),the incidence of adverse drug reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine atomization inhalation and TCM nursing combined with individualized nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of tuberculosis patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
