CBS结合PBL教学法在中医呼吸内科临床教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探索在中医呼吸内科临床教学中应用CBS结合PBL教学法的效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月于中医呼吸内科临床实习的中医专业学生,从中选取30名,给予其阶段教学,以此作为本次研究的对照组;另取同期的30名学生,给予其CBS结合PBL教学,以此作为本次研究的试验组。对比2组学生的实践操作成绩、出科笔试成绩及学生问题反馈情况。结果试验组学生在中医问诊手法考核、阅片考核、查房细则考核及学生讲课评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生出科笔试成绩,较对照组显著更优(P<0.05);试验组学生80分以上人数较对照组多(P<0.05);试验组学生中,提高发现问题及解决问题能力、提高查阅文献能力、加深对书面知识的理解、养成自学能力及提高团队精神的人数,显著多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中医呼吸内科的临床教学中,应用CBS结合PBL进行教学,能够有效提高学生学习的主动性,实现了理论与实际相结合,对教学质量及学生综合水平均有显著提升。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of applying CBS and PBL teaching methods in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods During the period of July 2018 and July 2019.07,30 students of TCM majoring in clinical practice of TCM and respiratory medicine in our hospital were selected and given stage teaching as the control group for this study.Another 30 students in the same period were given to them CBS combined with PBL teaching was used as the experimental group for this study.Students’practical operation results,written test results,and student question feedback were compared.Results The students in the experimental group were better than the control group in the assessment of TCM examination methods,film reading,room inspection details,and student lecture scores(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group had significantly better written test results than the control group(P<0.05).The number of students with more than 80 points in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Among the students in the experimental group,they improve their ability to find and solve problems,improve their ability to read literature,deepen their understanding of written knowledge,and develop their self-learning ability and the number of people who improved team spirit was significantly more than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,the application of CBS combined with PBL for teaching can effectively improve the student’s learning initiative,realize the combination of theory and practice,and significantly improve the quality of teaching and the comprehensive level of students.
