急诊科护生培训中情景模拟护理教学的应用

目的观察情景模拟护理教学法在急诊科培训中的应用价值。方法选取收治的80例急诊科实习护生;将40例采用常规教学法的实习护生作为对照组;将40例采用情景模拟护理教学法的实习护生作为研究组;分析研究组与对照组实习护生的考核成绩;同时调查2组护生对于护理工作的满意情况。结果教学后,研究组护生在理论考核成绩与实践技能考核成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);且在2组护生对于教学方法的调查中显示,研究组护生对于教学方法的满意程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在针对急诊科实习护生进行培训的过程中,采用情景模拟护理教学法能够有效改善教学的质量,提高护生的学习兴趣,值得推广。

The Application of Scene Simulation Nursing Teaching in Emergency Department Training

Objective To observe the application value of scene simulation nursing teaching method in emergency department training.Methods 80 nursing students in emergency department were selected.40 nursing students received routine teaching method as control group,and 40 nursing students received scene simulation teaching method as study group.The examination results of nursing students in study group and control group was analyzed and satisfaction of nursing students in two groups at the same time was investigated.Results After teaching,the scores of theoretical and practical skills of nursing students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and in the investigation of teaching methods of nursing students in the two groups,the satisfaction degree of nursing students in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of training for the emergency nursing students,the scene simulation nursing teaching method can effectively improve the quality of teaching,improve the learning interest of nursing students,and it is worth popularizing.
