小儿重症肺炎合并呼衰心衰的急救护理措施

摘    要:目的:研究小儿重症肺炎合并呼衰心衰的急救护理措施。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年1月在本院就诊的112例小儿重症肺炎合并呼衰心衰患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各56例。对照组患者实施常规的急救手段,研究组在常规急救护理措施的基础上加施持续气道正压通气急救、吸氧镇静剂急救等措施,比较两组护理后的效果及护理满意度情况等。结果:在急救护理效果及护理满意度两个指标方面,研究组都要明显优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:针对小儿重症肺炎合并呼衰心衰患者实施具有预见性的急救护理措施能显著提升临床效果。

Abstract:Objective:To study the first aid nursing measures for children with severe pneumonia combined with respiratory failure and heart failure.Methods:A total of 112 children with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure and heart failure were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 56 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine first aid measures.The experimental group added continuous positive airway pressure ventilation first aid and oxygen sedative first aid on the basis of routine emergency nursing measures to compare the effects of nursing care and nursing satisfaction.Results:In terms of the first aid nursing effect and nursing satisfaction,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05 with statistical significance.Conclusion:The foreseeable emergency nursing measures for children with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure can significantly improve the clinical effect.
