穴位敷贴配合推拿治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床观察

目的探讨穴位敷贴配合推拿治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法选择我院2019年1月—2019年12月进行治疗的76例患儿作本次研究对象。依据随机对照原则分为两组,每组获得38例。对照组:常规治疗,配合炎琥宁治疗。观察组:在对照组治疗的基础上,采取穴位敷贴配合推拿治疗。观察疗效;观察症状消失时间、平均住院时间。结果观察组总疗效较好,组间对比,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组症状消失时间较早,平均住院时间较短,组间对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴配合推拿治疗小儿支气管肺炎效果较好,能够改善患儿临床疗效,缩短症状消失时间和患儿的平均住院时间,应用价值较高。

Clinical Observation on Acupoint Application Combined With Massage in the Treatment of Bronchopneumonia in Children

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint application combined with massage on bronchopneumonia in children.Methods 76 children who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the principle of random control,they were divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment combined with Yanhuning treatment.The observation group received acupoint application combined with massage on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The curative effect,the disappearance time of symptoms and the average hospitalization time were observed.Results The total curative effect of the observation group was better,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The time of symptom disappearance of the observation group was earlier,the average hospitalization time was shorter,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with massage is effective in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children,which can improve the clinical effect,shorten the time of symptom disappearance and the average hospitalization time,and has high application value.
