胃癌患者周围血淋巴细胞微核出现率的观察

本文应用微核试验观察了胃癌62例，胃良性疾病53例，正常人12例周围血淋巴细胞微核出现率。胃癌组、胃良性疾病组和正常组平均微核细胞阳性率分别为1．56‰，07％‰和0．58‰，三组间差异显著（Prto．001）；三组平均做核率分别为1．82‰0．8‰和0．6‰，（P＜0．05）；不同类型和不同分化程度的胃癌微核细胞阳性率与微核率无明显差异（P＞0．05）；胃良性疾病组中胃溃疡，慢性胃炎和正常人平均微核细胞阳性率与微核率亦无明显差异（P＞0．05）。结果提示胃癌患者不仅胃局部，而且全身各种细胞均存在突变现象；因此，周围血淋巴细胞微核试验适用于筛选致胃癌及其它各种癌的化学物。

A Research on Lymphocyte Micronuclear Rate of Peripheral Blood in Patients with Gastric Canner

This paper present the lymphocyte micronuclear tate of pelipheral bloed among 62 patients with gastric cancer, 53 patients with other gastric disorders and 12 normal persons. Postive rates of micronuclear cell were 1. 5%,0.7%, and 0. 58%, respectively (p<0.01). Mi-cronuclear rates in these three groupe were 1. 82%,0. 80%, and 0. 60% respectively. Differences between type and differentiation of gastric cancer were not significant in postive rates of micronuclear cell and micronucIear rates(p>0. 05). Differences between normal persons and the patients with gastric disorders were not signficant (p>0.05 ),too. The tesult suggest that mutation is not only occurring in Iocal cells of the stomacb,but it's also doing one of every cells in whole body,Therefore, the method of Iymphocyte micronuclear of peripheral blood can be ap-plied to detecting chemical sustances which rnay cause gastric cancer and other cancer.
