视神经血管母细胞瘤临床分析

目的 研究视神经血管母细胞瘤的临床特点及外科治疗。方法 报道1例单发视神经血管母细胞瘤，回顾性分析14例全世纪已报道的视神经血管母细胞瘤。结果 视神经血管母细胞瘤可以发生在视神经的任何部位，首发症状为视力减退及视野缺损，术前与脑膜瘤的鉴别诊断困难，MRI是较有效的诊断手段。位于视神经周围的肿瘤可以完全切除且可以达到视神经及视力保护，术后长期的随访是十分重要和必要的。结论 绝大多数视神经血管母细胞瘤病人合并有Von Hippel Lindou病，单发视神经血管母细胞瘤非常罕见。

Clinical Analysis of Optic Nerve Hemangioblastoma

Objective To study clinical stigmata and surgical treatment of optic nerve hemangioblastoma. Method A case of solitary optic nerve hemangioblastoma in a 37-year-old man was reported, and 14 cases of reported optic nerve hemangioblastoma were reviewed. Result optic nerve hemangioblastoma can arise from the any segment of the optic nerve. The initial manifestation is mainly progressive vision loss with visual field defect. The preoperative differential diagnosis with meningioma is quite difficult. Magnetic resonance imaging can provide more information than other radiological examinations. The tumor at the periphery of the optic nerve can be removed totally with preservation of the optic nerve and vision. A careful long -term follow-up review is necessary and important. Conclusion The majority of the optic nerve hemangioblastomas have arisen in patients with Von Hippel-Lindou's disease. Solitary optic nerve hemangioblastoma is extremely rare.
