| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中等强度运动疗法对糖尿病患者血糖的影响.方法 从某校附属医院糖尿病康复协会筛选出40例糖尿病患者,在专业体育教师指导下进行中等强度运动锻炼,每天1 h,持续1个月.结果 空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖运动干预前及干预1个月后比较,差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.01);患者进行中等强度运动期间运动后血糖随运动时间延长呈下降趋势,与运动前血糖比较,差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 糖尿病患者餐后2 h进行中等强度运动不仅能降低即时血糖,同时又能降低空腹血糖和餐后血糖. |
