| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨治疗老年性鼻出血的新方法。方法 :采用在鼻内窥镜下微波凝固术 ,对 42例老年性鼻出血患者进行治疗。结果 :3 7例患者 1次治愈 ,4例患者经 2次治愈 ,经 3次治愈者 1例 ,全部病例均无明显并发症。结论 :该方法具有视野清楚 ,止血准确 ,对正常组织损伤小 ,操作方便 ,术后不需填塞鼻腔 ,患者痛苦小 ,可重复治疗

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate a new way to treat senile nose bleeding.Methods: 42 senile patients suffering from nose bleeding were treated by microwave under nasal endoscope.Results: All cases were cured after 1 to 3 times of microwave therapy (37 cases,4 cases,1 case,respectively).No severe complications were found.Conclusion: This method has many advantages,such as:clear operation visual field,hemostasia rapidly and less postoperative pain,mild damage to normal tissues. |
