| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管癌诊治与预后。方法回顾分析10例输尿管癌的临床诊断与治疗,结合相关文献进行总结。结果 10例患者手术效果佳,平均随访1年无复发及转移。结论输尿管癌临床患病率低,术前明确诊断困难,但手术效果佳,预后较好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of ureteral carcinoma.Methods Clinical data of ten cases of ureteral carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed,the related literatures were reviewed.Results The operation in all the ten cases was successful without recurrenec and metastasis after one year follow-up.Conclusion The incidence of ureteral carcinoma is low.Ureteral carcinoma is difficult to be diagnosed before operation.The effect of the operation is satisfactory and good prognosis can be ... |
