| 摘 要： | 目的:建立HPLC-ELSD法测消栓颗粒中有效成份黄芪甲苷的含量。方法:ODS色谱柱(5μm 4.6mm×150mm);流动相为乙腈-水(33:67);流速为1.0ml/min;检测器为蒸发光散射检测器,0.98～7.84μg内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),加样回收率为98.5%。结论:此方法简便、快捷、准确。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of astragaloside in Xiaoshuan Granules. Methods： Using ODS column（5μm ,4. 6mm× 150mm ） ; mobile phase ： acetonitrile - water （ 33 ： 67 ） ; flow rate ： 1.0ml · min^-1 ; detector ： Evaporative Light - scattering Detector. Results：The liner range of the determination is 0. 98 -7. 84μg, （ r =0. 9998） ,the average recovery was 98. 5%. Conclusion：This method is reliable trod accurate |
