| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定肾复康胶囊中的芦丁含量。方法:色谱柱:用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(250mm×4.6mm,5μm,岛津);流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸(19:81:0.05);流速1.0ml/min;检测波长:359 nm。理论板数按二苯乙烯苷峰计算应不低于2000。结果:二苯乙烯苷线性范围为0.076～0.285μg(r=0.9996),平均回收率99.4%,RSD 1.1%。结论:该方法为肾复康胶囊的质量控制提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish high- performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） to the content of rutin in Shenfukang Capsules. Methods： Chromatographic column ：with 18 alkyl silane bonding silica gel for filling agent （ 250mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 muon m ,island tianjin） ;Mobile phase：acctonitrile - water 3 -phosphate（ gets one- nil 05 ） ;Velocity 1.0 ml/min, Detected wavelength： 359 nm. Theoretical tower number press two styrene glucosidc peak calculation should not below 2000. Results： two styrene glucoside linear range for 0. 076 - 0. 285 μg（ r = 0. 9996 ）, and the average recovery 99.4%, RSD 1.1%. Conclusion： this method for provides the basis for shenfukang Capsule quality control. |
