初中生应对方式与生活满意度心理健康的相关研究

目的 探讨初中生应对方式与其生活满意度、心理健康之间的关系。方法 采用简易应对方式问卷、青少年生活满意度量表、中学生心理健康问卷对 473名中学生进行测查。结果 (1)初中生的生活满意度、心理健康水平均处于中等以上的水平,体验到较多的友谊、家庭、学校满意度和较低的学业满意度。(2)男女生、学校类型在生活满意度方面存在显著差异(F=6. 45,P<0. 05;F=21. 84,P<0. 01)。(3)初中生在强迫症状、人际关系紧张与敏感、焦虑、学习压力、适应不良、情绪不平衡、心理不平衡方面存在轻度问题。(4)初中生生活满意度及心理健康各维度均与积极应对、消极应对呈显著相关。结论 学校满意度、消极应对、家庭满意度、友谊满意度对心理健康水平具有一定的预测作用。

Correlation of coping styles with total living satisfaction and mental health of junior school students

Objective To explore the correlation of coping styles with total living satisfaction and mental health of junior school students.Methods Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,SWB scales,Mental Health questionaire were used in this investigation.Results (1)The score of living satisfaction and mental health of junior school students was higher than mean score. The students experienced much more satisfactory feeling with friends, family and school .(2) There were significant differences on sex and school about total living satisfaction . The scores for girls were higher than boys , the scores of the key school higher than common school. (3) Coping styles was related to living satisfaction and mental health level . Conclusion Stepwise regression analysis revealed that there were four significant predictor for mental health among school satisfaction ,negative coping styles ,family satisfaction and friends satisfaction.
