| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨人低分化鼻咽癌细胞系CNE-2Z两种明胶酶表达及分泌的差异。方法：免疫细胞化学法检测CNE-2Z细胞明胶酶A及明胶酶B的表达;明胶酶谱法检测两种明胶酶的分泌情况。结果：CNE-2Z细胞明胶酶B强阳性表达率明显高于明胶酶A,明胶酶B的分泌量或活性比明胶酶A高。结论：明胶酶B在鼻咽癌恶性进展中作用可能强于明胶酶A,有可能成为鼻咽癌的潜在治疗靶点。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the differential secretion and expression between two kinds of Gelatinases in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2Z. Methods： Immunocyto- chemistry was used to detect the expression of Gelatinase A and Gelatinase B of CNE-2Z, Gelatin Zymography was adopted to study the secretion of them. Results： The intense positive expression of Gelatinase B was stronger than Gelatinase A of CNE-2Z, and the secretion or gelatinase activity of Gelatinase B was also stronger than Gelatinase A. Conclusion： Gelatinase B may play more important role in the progress of nasopharyngeal carcinoma than Gelatinase A, it maybe become a potential therapeutic target of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. |
