| 摘 要： | 报告５例伸指总肌陈旧性损伤，位于腕关节以上（Ｉ区），其中腱性部３例，肌性部２例，均以肱桡肌腱移位代替伸指总肌重建伸指功能。所有病例得到随访，平均时间３年。全部病人伸指功能恢复正常，认为，断裂肌腱远段挛缩严重者，肱桡肌腱显得较短，最好不用。
