| 摘 要： | 为改变医院内各类制式表格及各类办公文件落后、低效的手工管理模式，在军卫一号信息系统中整合了文件柜管理系统功能，实现院、科各类表格和办公文件的信息化、可控化管理。同时，系统扩大应用范围。加强院内个人文件的存储、备份和交流。大大提高了各类文件信息的利用水平和效率，切实解决了工作效率低下问题。

| Abstract: | In order to change the lagging and inefficient situation of Manual management mode to dealing with all kinds of customized form and other documents in hospital, we started a research in it and have developed a function of file management system integrated in No.1 military hospital information systemo It achieves in dealing with the problems efficiently under informatization and controllability. In the same way it can be used in other scope as personal file storage backup and communication, making files more useful and efficient. |
