合肥市职业病危害监测和中毒预警系统建立的研究

目的研究合肥市职业病危害监测预警和中毒应急控制工作平台的建立与应用状况,为提高职业病监测质量和中毒应急处置能力提供依据。方法收集合肥市职业病危害监测和中毒预警系统的建立与应用相关资料进行分析。结果调查的575家企业,职业病危害因素类别多达165种,职业卫生管理薄弱,职业病发病和中毒事件明显高发;合肥市建立的职业病监测和中毒预警系统,制定的职业中毒应急预案和技术处置方案,经日常职业病监测和中毒应急实践的检验,表明是有效的。结论合肥市职业病危害监测和中毒预警系统的建立和运用,提高了职业病监测质量,达到化学物中毒危机主动出击的能力,有效控制和缓和中毒事件的影响,提高了公共卫生事件管理能力。

Study on Establishing Forecasting-warning System of Occupational Disease Hazards and Posoning Incidents in HeFei

Objective To study the establishment and application of work platform on occupational disease hazard survey,forecasting and poisoning control,so as to improve the survey quality of occupational disease and the capability of poisoning control.Methods The research was conducted based on field survey,analysis on the former data of occupational disease hazards and poisoning control,the system disease monitoring and reporting,the capability of toxicant test of hefei CDC.Results Among the 575 enterprises,there were 165 occupational hazards.The status of occupational disease hazard Administration in Hefei was poor.Ooccupational disease and emergency poisoning accidents usually took place.It was effective to establish and apply occupational disease survey and forecasting system,make professional poisoning emergency response and technology plan,make the valid examination in usually the occupation disease monitor and poisoned events.Conclusion The establishment and application of the occupational disease survey and forecasting system could improve the survey quality of occupational disease and the capability of poisoning control.
