| 摘 要： | 目的建立心通片的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,以葛根素为指标对处方中的葛根进行含量测定。结果本品中葛根素含量测定线性范围为0.167 4~0.725 4μg,平均回收率为97.7%,RSD=1.46%。结论本试验所确定的含量测定方法稳定可靠,能较为合理地对处方中组分进行定量检测,重复性强,可作为心通片的质量标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of Xintong tablets.Methods The content of puerarin was determined by HPLC.Results The linearity range was 0.167 4～0.725 4 μg,The average recovery of puerarin was 97.7%,RSD was 1.46%.Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate and with a good reproducibility.It can be used for the determination of Xintong tablets. |
