Varicocele is the main reason for male infertility,high frequency ultrasound can be regarded as the preferred method to diagnose varicocele.Though there was no accepted criterion for ultrasound diagnosis,many studies found that there was significant positive correlation between severity of varicocele and internal spermatic vein diameter,the peak velocity of reflux and reflux time;Varicocele can cause testis volume to decrease,and impact male fertility.
