| Abstract: | In stool culture of 682 cases of diarrhea,opportunistic bacteria were detected in 30. 84%,withEPEC(O126:K71)and EIEC(O164: K?,O152:K?O28ac: K?)in 19. 63%.According to the result of drugsusceptibility test of the isolates,CEF,CEFOBID,AKN,FPA were found to be the drug of first choice intreatment of diarrhea. |
