多参数监护下可控多次电抽搐疗法对抑郁症疗效观察

目的观察多参数监护下可控多次电抽搐疗法对抑郁症的疗效与一般电针抽搐治疗疗效对比。方法采用YA-11型电针抽搐治疗仪,对49例抑郁症患者进行随机分组观察,其中多参数监护下可控多次电抽搐疗法组(观察组)25例;一般电针抽搐治疗组(对照组)24例。分别在治疗前与治疗第4天后使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HRSD量表)进行评分。结果两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(uc=2.03,P<0.05),治疗后观察组认知障碍、阻滞及绝望感得分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多参数监护下可控多次电抽搐疗法较一般电针抽搐治疗对抑郁症症状改善更快,可在较短时期内消除自杀观念及企图。

Effect of Multipremontory ECT with Depressive Disorder

Objective Compare the effect of multipremontory ECT and electric acupuncture ECT with depressive disorder. Methods 49 patients were divides into two groups randomly. One group is observation group with the multipremontory ECT, including 25 patients. Another is control group with electric acupuncture, including 24 patients. Two groups were assessed with Hamilton depression rating scale for depression（HRSD） before the treatment and after 4 days＇ treatment. Results Descent of HRSD score and factor score（ cognitive, block and feeling of despair disorder） in observation group were more significant than in control one（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Moreover,the observation group showed more significant effect than control one in relieving self-accusation idea and suicide idea. Conclusion Multipremontory ECT can relieve the depressive symptoms and suicide idea more quickly than electric acupuncture ECT.
