| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用ApoFix椎板钩在齿状突骨折治疗中的应用.方法:采用Apofix椎板钩治疗新鲜齿状突骨折(AdersonⅡ型)17例,陈旧性骨折1例,均伴有寰枢椎不稳,并有不同程度的枕颈部疼痛,活动受限.术前行颅骨牵引,使用ApoFix椎板钩作寰枢椎内固定并植骨.结果:术后随访3～24个月,齿状突骨性愈合,寰枢椎复位并融合,无脱钩及断管.结论:使用Apofix椎板钩手术,操作简单,寰枢椎复位佳,固定可靠,是一种较理想的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of applying internal fixation of Apofix tehcnigue to treatment of odontoid facture.Methods:Included in this study were 25 cases of atlantoaxial unstabitity treated.Apofix technigue was used to treat 17 cases of fresh odontoid fracture and 1 case of old odontoid fracutre.Skull traction was performed in each patient preoperatively.Results:After three to twenty-four months of follow-up survey,the healing of odontoid fracture and reduction fusion of atlas were found,and no internal fixation rupture ocurred.Conclusion:It is a perfect method to treat odontoid fracture with internal fixation of Apofix technique. |
