| 摘 要： | 为了观察螺管支架牵引器治疗胫腓骨不稳定性骨折的疗效，以眼骨牵引方法作对照，将88例病人随机分为观察组和对照组，以叩击痛观察、骨痂强度测定、骨痂生长情况及住院天数等做为疗效评定指标进行临床观察，结果显示，观察组疗效明显优于对照组，以上几项指标比较均有显著性差别（P＜0．01）。表明螺管支架牵引器治疗胫腓骨不稳定性骨折具有简便、廉效能够促进骨折愈合等优点。

| Abstract: | Eighty eight patients with Unstable Tibiofibular Fracture were randomly divided into observation group (treated by solenoid traction brace ) and control group ( treated by selected traction of calcaneus ). The therapeutic effect was evaluated by percussion pain, callus intensity, callus formation, time of hospitalization. The results showed that the indexes above have significant difference (P< 0.01) between observation group and control group, the therapeutic effect of the former was better than the latter. So the treatment with solenoid traction brace might be a simple, cheap method for Unstable Tibiofibular Fracture , which also could promote fracture healing. |
