加强体系建设，完善预案，提高医疗救护能力应对矿山灾难——鹤岗矿业集团公司总医院快速反应救治煤矿特大群体伤害

目的回顾性总结鹤岗矿业集团公司总医院在煤矿群体伤害中所实施的救治，为今后工业事故医疗救护提供依据。方法①快速反应，形成救援团队，三支医疗救援队在接到通知后30min内陆续赶到灾难现场；②分工合作与救治有序，检伤分类，现场抢救与送院治疗有序配合；③启动应急机制，领导高度关注与协调，从中央、省到地方的领导亲临现场，有效地调集人力、物力资源。结果146例伤员送院，抢救及时，无1例上井伤员死亡。结论应急机制的及时启动，院外、院内有序分工，积极有效的救治可大大降低灾难的死亡率及致残率。

Cope with mining disasters by enhancing medical rescue capabilities-Improve the systematic network and perfect the plan

Objective Review and summarize the medical rescue reaction by the General Hospital of Hegang Mining Group towards the mass mining disaster in order to furnish valuable reference for the medical rescue in future. Methods （1） Three medical rescue teams dispatched respectively to the disaster site within thirty minutes once notified; （2） Effective teamwork, trauma classification, and cooperation between pre-hospital team and in-hospital team;（3）Triggering the emergency system, the leadership involvement and its coordination, and sufficient resources. Results Not even one wounded was died with all the effects made despite of several severe wounded among the 146 wounded were admitted. Conclusion The casualty can be reduced by timely triggering the emergency system, cooperation between pre and in-hospital and prompt treatment.
