摘    要:目的 探讨应用组织多普勒(TDI)评价缩窄性心包炎(CP)患者左心房功能的临床应用价值.方法 31例CP患者(患者组)与34例正常受试者(对照组)进入研究.应用Simpson法计算左心房被动射血分数和主动射血分数,应用TDI测量左心房前壁、下壁、侧壁及房间隔收缩期、舒张早期、舒张晚期组织运动速度.结果 患者组左心房最小容积、左心房被动射血分数、左心房主动射血分数较对照组显著减低(P<0.05);患者组左心房各壁心肌收缩期、舒张早期、舒张晚期组织运动速度较对照组明显减低(P<0.05).结论 TDI可准确评价CP患者左心房功能.
