| 摘 要： | 目的提高手术室巡回护士和麻醉医师洗手依从性,控制医院手术室感染的发生率。方法对62名巡回护士和麻醉医师的洗手行为进行随机调查分析,找出影响其洗手依从性的因素,提出管理对策。结果通过对手术室巡回护士和麻醉医师洗手依从性影响因素的整改,操作前洗手依从率由13.53%提高到75.20%;操作后洗手依从率由33.83%提高到84.80%。结论应加强对手术室护士和麻醉医师的洗手教育、改善手术室洗手条件,提高巡回护士和麻醉医师洗手依从性。
