| 摘 要： | 鉴于放疗，全身化疗和经Ｓｅｌｄｉｎｇｅｒ氏法作腹腔动脉大剂量灌注化疗都不能改善晚期胰头癌病人的生存期，自１９９２年到１９９５年对６例不可切除的胰头癌病人，我们开展了胰头局部动脉植入式插管化疗和旁路手术治疗。结果５例已故病人的平均生存期１５．４月，第６例病人已带癌生存１８月。结果似优于近期其它报告，可作进一步对照研究。
