含氯消毒剂对鲍曼不动杆菌杀灭效果

摘    要:目的观察含氯消毒剂(施康)对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的敏感性,并比较其对不同克隆菌株与散发菌株的杀灭效果有无差异。方法采用悬液定量杀灭试验,观察施康消毒剂作用不同浓度,不同时间对30株不同克隆的鲍曼不动杆菌的杀灭效果。结果含有效氯300mg/L的施康作用15s、30s、60s,杀灭有效率均为6.67%;400mg/L.作用15s、30s、60s,杀灭有效率分别为83.3%,86.7%,86.7%;有效氯500mg/L作用15s,杀灭有效率为93.3%;有效氯500mg/L作用30s、60s,1000mg/L作用15s、30s、60s,杀灭有效率均为100%。结论按照厂家推荐的浓度和时间,施康对临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌有较好的杀灭作用;有效氯浓度是影响杀灭效果的最重要因素,有效氯浓度≥500mg/L,可以达到较好的杀灭效果;克隆也是影响杀灭效果的因素之一,对C克隆的杀灭效果最好。其次是D克隆和散发克隆,对B克隆的杀灭效果最差;时间不是影响杀灭效果的关键因素。

Abstract:Objective To observe the sensitivity of Chlorlne-centalning disinfectant (Shikang) agsinst multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter banmannii, and compare the efficacy against cloning strains and sporadic strains. Methods The quantitative suspension test was used to detect the efficacy against 30 different clones of Acinetobacter banmannii at different concentrations and exposure time of the disinfectant, Results When available chlorine content of 300mg/L of the disinfectant contacted 15s, 30s, 60s, the efficacy were 6.67 % ; when 4000mg/L contacted 15s, 30s, 60s, the efficacy were 83.3 %, 86.7 %, 86.7 %, respectively; when 500mg/L contacted 15s, the efficacy was 93.3%, and 500mg/L contacted 30s, 60s, and 1000mg/L contacted 15s, 30s, 60s, the efficacy were 100%. Conclusion The Chlorine-contalnlng disinfectant (Shikang) has good gemficidal efficacy against clinical isolates of Acinetobacter banmannii at concentrations and contact times recommended by the manufacturer. Available chlorine concentration is the most !mportant factors. The efficacy against C-done was the best, followed by the D-clone and sporadic strains, and the B-done was the worst. Time may be not the key factors.
