沈阳市新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下筛查再报

目的：开展新生儿先天性甲状腺功能低下（甲低）筛查及早诊治甲低患儿，并利用新生儿促甲状腺激素（TSH）值来评估当地人群的碘营养水平，方法：新生儿脐血血片TSH免疫放射测定。结果：筛查新生儿2743220人，诊治甲低患儿57人。TSH＜10mU/L的新生儿数稳定在80％－90％。结论：新生儿脐血血片TSH免放测定筛查先天性甲低，可评估碘缺乏病流行态势，除规范实验方法外，还须对切片值和百分比进一步研究。

The third report of congenital hypothyroidism screening in neonates of Shenyang

Objective Using hypothyroidism screening of neonates we can not only cure the ill cases, but also estimate iodine deficiency disorder (IDD) prevalence and treatment by TSH level.Methods Immunoradiometric assay(IRMA).Results 274 320 neonates were screened within 16 years,of which 57 cases were diagnosed and cured.neonates with TSH in umbilical cord blood<10 mU/L remained basically within range of 80%~90%.Conclusions IRMA of neonatal umbilical cord blood TSH could be applied to the screening of congenital hypothyroidism for evaluate the prevalence of IDD.Besides,TSH cut-off point and percentage should be further reserched.
