| 摘 要： | 通过对沈阳市社区医疗发展现状进行研究，发现其存在的主要问题，即医疗保险制度不完善；医疗资源分布不合理；社区医疗机构人才管理制度不完善：居民医疗卫生观念不正确。并针对以上问题，提出促进沈阳市社区医疗发展的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Through investigating the development status of community medical service in Shenyang, we find main problems existing are as following, incomplete medical insurance system, imperfect human resources management system in community medical unreasonable allocation of medical resources, imperfect human resources management system in community medical institutions, incorrect citizens attitude toward medical and health. To solve above problems the paper proposed countermeasures on promoting development of community medical service in Shenyang. |
