摘    要:目的:探讨3种提取工艺情况下人参中有机氯农药的归属。方法:采用水煎煮工艺及95%乙醇、50%乙醇加热回流工艺对人参有效成分进行提取后,用毛细管气相色谱法测定煎煮(提取)液中的有机氯农药含量。结果:以95%醇提溶出率最高,50%醇提溶出率次之,水煎过程溶出率最少。结论:醇提对中药材中有机氯农药有较高的溶出率,而水煎煮过程对中药材中有机氯农药的溶出率很低,残留农药大部分随药渣去除。因此情况允许的条件下应尽量采用水煎工艺提取药材中的有效成分,必须采用醇提工艺时应者虑去除提取过程伴随溶出的残留农药.以避弁.残留农药可能的安全风险.

Abstract:Authors studied three different ginsing OCPs extraction methods and associated effects. The three methods work with decoction and extraction at 95%-ethanol and 50%-ethanol respectively. The amount of OCPs extracted was measured by gas chromatography, and the extraction results were compared among the three methods. 95%-ethanol produced the highest extraction, followed by 50%-ethanol. The decoction sat at the lowest when the amount of OCPs was used as a standard. It is concluded that ethanol produces a much rich OCPs extraction, compared with decoction.
