高校专科护理系学生心理健康状况调查分析

目的了解高校护生心理健康状况。方法采用SCL-90症状自评量表对荆门职业技术学院医学院在校的护生进行调查分析。结果在校护生的心理健康,除躯体方面外,其余均低于全国常模,有明显差异(P(0.01)。普通三年制大专生与五年一贯制大专生总的心理健康比较无差异(P(0.05),因子分比较,人际关系、恐怖、偏执有明显差异(P(0.01);不同年级比较,无论是普通三年制大专还是五年一贯制大专生,高年级比低年级护生总的心理健康状况有明显差异(P(0.01);因子分比较各项均有明显差异(P(0.01)。结论高校护生的心理健康状况问题不容忽视,应及时开展形式多样的主动心理干预,提高护生的心理健康水平。

A Survey for Mental Health College Nursing Students

Objective To find out the mental health condition of the college nursing students.Methods Students in Nursing department of Jingmen technological college were surveyed and analyzed by means of SCL-90 symptoms self-evaluation inventory.Results Among all the aspects on mental health except the body,there is a significant difference(P<0.01) among the students at this college and the domestic norm,no significant difference(P<0.05) among the 3-year college students with the 5-year college students,significant differences(P<0.01) on interpersonal relations,horror and crankiness among all the elements influencing people's mental health,significant differences on mental health(P<0.01) and elements influencing mental health(P<0.01) between higher grades and lower grades.Conclusion It is necessary to attach importance to problems of mental health for college nursing students,to carry out various kinds of activities on active mental interference,and improve students' mental health.
