恶性肿瘤住院费用及其影响因素的Logistic分析

以南通市肿瘤医院1996－2000年期间住院病种居前五位的恶性肿瘤病例为调查对象，应用Logistic回归模型，对五种恶性肿瘤病人的住院费用及其影响因素进行分析。结果显示：患者所属医疗制度、是否手术、是否输血、住院天数、特护天数以及出院时情况等因素对住院费用是否大于中位数均有不同程度的影响。因此，应该根据单病种费用的分布特点，分别制订住院费用标准，并针对主要影响因素，采取有效措施，以控制住院费用的不合理增长。

Logistic Regression Analysis of Malignancy Inpatients'''' Costs and Influence Factors

Inpatients of malignancy that is one of the former five kinds of diseases in Nantong Tumour Hospital during 1996-2000. Method: By Logistic regression model, the author analyzed costs and influence factors of five kinds of malignancy inpatients. Results: These factors, which include medical system of inpatients, operation or neot, transfusion or not, of inhospital, days of special nursing and condition of leaving hospital, have different degree influence to costs of inpatients that if they are more than median of costs. Therefore, costs criterion of inpatients is respectively drawn according to distributing characteristic of single kind of disease. Effective measures are adopted to control unreasonable increase of hospital costs on main influence factors.
