| 摘 要： | 目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定妇血康颗粒中原儿茶酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱为HypersilC18,流动相为甲醇-水(10∶90),流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为室温,检测波长为256nm,进样量为20μl。结果原儿茶酸检测浓度在10.2~306.0μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.6%(RSD=1.7%)。结论本方法准确、重现性好,可用于本品的含量测定与质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish an HPLC method for content determination of protocatechuic acid in fuxuekang granwles.METHODS:Hypersil C 18 was used as chromatographic column,methanol-water(10∶90)as mobile phase,with a flow rate at1.0ml/min.The column temperature was room temperature,the detection wavelength at256nm and the sample size was20μl.RESULTS:The calibration curve of protocatechuic acid was linear within the range of10.2～306.0μg/ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery was99.6%(RSD=1.7%).CONCLUSION:The established method is accurate,reproducible and applicable for the content determination and quality control of fuxuekang granules. |
