激光联合胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症

目的:探讨激光联合胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机均分成为联合组和胶原酶组两组,联合组采用激光加胶原酶注射联合治疗;胶原酶组采用单纯胶原酶椎间盘注射治疗。结果:术后随访6个月,按改良的Macnab疗效评定标准,联合组有效率93.33%,胶原酶组有效率80.00%,两组疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:激光加胶原酶联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全、有效。临床疗效较单一疗法明显提高,值得临床推广应用。

Laser Combined with Injection of Collagenase to Treat of Lubar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective:To investigate the curative effects of lasar combined with injection of collagenase in the treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion (LIDP).Methods:Sixty patients with LIDP were randomly divided into two groups, namely combination group and collagenase group, which were treated with laser combined with collagenase (n=30) and injection of collagenase only (n=30), respectively.Results:All the patients were followed-up for six months after operation. According to the modified Macnab evaluation criterion for curative effect, the excellent and good rate was 93. 33 % in combination group and 80. 00 % in collagenase group. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions:Laser combined with injection of collagenase into intervertebral disc to treat LIDP is safe and effective, its clinical effect is obviously enhanced than the treatment with injection of collagenase only. It is worth to extend clinical application.
